Taekwon-Do is the scientific use of the body for self defence. As a martial art, it has no equal. As an art form, it is graceful yet powerful. As a sport, it is dynamic, exciting and fun. Taekwon-Do will improve your fitness, flexibility, co-ordination and self confidence. Taekwon-Do training is safe, practical and most of all enjoyable. Taekwon-Do is for all ages, male and female.

Little Monsters 3&4yrs: (Thursdays Only) 4pm - 4:45pm
